In this workshop we'll learn about a simple approach to categorize problems and thus deduce the appropriate problem-solving tool sets.

Knowing how to effectively solve problems has a direct impact on organizational value creation at all levels of an organization. Be it at the point of activity itself, velocity of a team or efficacy of the value stream, the impact of an effectively solved or not solved problem has a ripple effect throughout the company.
